1986 STAMP COLLECTING #2201a Booklet Pane of 4 x 22 cents US Postage Stamps - In 1986 the USPS issued this booklet pane of four colorful stamps to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the American Philatelic Society. This was the first time the U.S. commemoratives were ever issued in booklet form. It is also interesting to note that the last stamp in the pane illustrates the 1986 Presidents Miniature Sheets. This was the first time that a U.S. stamp pictured another U.S. stamp that had not been issued.
